Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Labotr (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

What data we collect

  • Account information — Your email address, collected via Supabase Auth when you create an account.
  • Workspace data — Company name, employee configurations, channel messages, files, work records, contact names and details you manually save, and information you choose to provide through connected Apps and services. Live features process the audio, video or screen content you choose to share, and can add transcripts and results to your workspace. Retained corrections, preferences and memory help tailor later answers and suggestions.
  • Usage data — Interaction patterns, task history, and request timing and response status linked to your account or workspace, used to operate and improve the service.
  • Support and safety reports — Information you submit in support requests and safety reports, together with related case records, used to investigate and respond.
  • Phone number — Your mobile number, if you choose to link it in Settings to text and call your Labotrs, with the time of your consent and a record of the texts and calls exchanged with Labotr numbers.

How data is stored

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) for structured data and Cloudflare R2 for file artifacts. Labotr also maintains work and memory records in its service databases. Access to workspace content is governed by membership and permissions. When an action sends content to an external App, connected service or other recipient, that recipient also processes it.

Third-party services

  • Supabase — Authentication and database hosting.
  • Cloudflare — CDN, edge networking, and file storage (R2).
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Hosting for Labotr backend services, including processing and storage used by those services.
  • AI providers — Labotr supports multiple providers, including Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI (Kimi), MiniMax and Google. Depending on the model and feature, messages, relevant workspace context, attachments or live input are sent to the provider processing the request. Supporting features can use a different model from the conversation model. Provider handling is also governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
  • Connected Apps and services — Apps and services that you or your workspace connect can receive inputs, files and context needed for the actions you authorize. Their operators process that information under their own terms and privacy policies.
  • Telnyx — Telephony carrier that delivers the text messages and calls to and from Labotr phone numbers.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. To run the features you use, Labotr sends relevant information to AI providers, infrastructure services, connected Apps and services, and recipients of actions you authorize. The recipient depends on the selected model, feature, connection and action; Anthropic is not the sole recipient of AI requests.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your opt-in to text messages with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with that service. We may share your phone number and consent status only with the vendors that help us deliver text messages and calls, such as our telephony carrier. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages

You receive texts from a Labotr number only after you link your own number in Settings and agree there to receive them, or after you text a Labotr number first. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from that number, START to resume, HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. The program is described at labotr.ai/sms.

Your data and deletion requests

Account settings do not currently provide a complete account-and-workspace deletion action. You can contact support@labotr.ai with questions or requests about access, correction or deletion of your data. For company workspace data, you can also contact your workspace administrator. Contacting support does not itself delete an account or confirm that a deletion has been completed.

Signing out, disconnecting an App or source, and archiving work do not by themselves erase stored workspace records or information already sent to another service. We do not represent these actions as permanent deletion of all associated data. Ask us about the scope and handling of a specific deletion request before relying on it as completed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Labotr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
